I have worked with realtors and title companies for my own personal company for over 30 years. I am appalled at how much service and knowledge have gone down over the years. Many of them fail to inform their customers about the real costs involved in buying and selling properties like principal residence exemptions, property tax uncapping, and zoning issues to name a few. Well I am happy to say that Jackob is a breath of fresh air! He may be on the younger side but don’t let that deter you! He is well educated in all things real estate and truly cares about finding you the best property to meet your needs at the best price. He always responded quickly to any inquiries and always listened to our concerns and often offered multiple solutions. We sold our home with Mark Deering at Remax. Mark did a excellent job with starting with a video and continuing on to sell out house. Mark has great personality and is a go getter. He kept us updated on the moving of the house. From staging the house to the entire sale was great. I also have to say marks assistant was right on top of things. Recently closed on a home with the help of Mike Bursley as buyer’s agent and Jessica Kirkwood as admin manager. The process was very smooth from start to finish. When we found a home I liked, Mike was on the phone with me until late that night to get an offer in under the wire. He was even able, despite the current competitive market, to negotiate sellers’ concessions to help with expected repairs on the home. When we had a roadblock with the appraisal (due to missing safety railings), he worked with the seller’s agent to get the railings installed as quickly as possible and the appraisal cleared. Throughout the whole process, Jessica was ready with helpful answers to my questions, and championed the mountain of paperwork involved in getting through all stages of the purchase contract.
