The 2017 Spring Parade of Homes is Here!

Twice a year new home shoppers, dreamers, and those who just want to see what the newest trends are get to walk through beautiful new homes in the West Michigan. It’s the HBA Parade of Homes and the Spring 2017 edition is beginning later this month.

This year’s Spring Parade will feature 72 homes created by 56 different builders. From Gun Lake to Rockford and everywhere in between brand new houses will be open to the public Wednesdays, Fridays and Saturdays from May 26-June 10. It’s a great event for the whole family as kids 12 and under are free and adults are $10 if tickets are purchased in advance or $12 at the door. Go through as many homes as you want in a day and use your tickets for multiple days. HGTV comes to life in these brand new homes! Get inspired by the hottest design trends, marvel at the craftsmanship from the area’s top home builders, or find your dream home!
