John and I wanted to let you know how thankful we are for all the help you have given us, with purchasing our first home. You did a great job helping us find exactly the house we were looking for, and most importantly within the right price range. We appreciate all your guidence through the interesting hoops we had to jump thru. We felt very secure knowing we had someone to help us each step of the way, when buying our first home. At first it is quite scary, almost like going through a maze in the dark. But, of coarse you were right there to let us know the correct route to go. We are very happy with the home we purchased, and couldn’t have done it with out you.
