Which Group Best Describes You?

We understand that everyone who works with our team is at a different stage in the pre-buy process. Some are ready to go right away and some are in the beginning stages of looking or planning. We want to give our buyers the best experience for their needs, so we categorize our buyers according to their timeline. Can you help us out and tell us where you're at? Text or email us where you're at, and we'll get you on the right track!

Group A:

  1. I am ready to buy within 1 week to 3 months.
  2. I have a preapproval letter from a lender or am willing to start the preapproval process this week.
  3. I want to be represented by The Deering Team and am excited to start the process.
  4. I am actively looking for our next home and am ready to put in an offer if the right home comes along.

What we will do for you:

  1. Personally reach out to you a minimum of 1-2 times a week.
  2. Actively search the MLS daily for you and send you listings that meet your criteria as we find them.
  3. Prioritize you and your schedule for showings, strategic planning, and consulting.

Group B:

  1. I will be ready to buy within 3 to 6 months.
  2. I know I need to talk to a lender, but I'm not ready to rush in.
  3. I am keeping an eye on the market, don't mind getting sent homes, but I may go weeks or months before we are ready to set up a showing.

What we will do for you:

  1. Personally reach out to you once a month.
  2. Send you listings on an automated saved search.
  3. Discuss the home buying process with you to help you get prepared.

Group C:

  1. I am thinking of buying a home, but I am 6-12+ months out.
  2. I am working on getting my ducks in a row, which may include saving up for a down payment, fixing my credit score, or waiting on a lease expiration.
  3. I am casually browsing homes.
  4. I will notify the team when we are ready for Group B or A.

What we will do for you:

  1. Personally reach out to you twice a year.
  2. Help you set up a saved search so you get automated emails with listings if you would like.
  3. Suggest meeting with a lender to get you in the best position to buy a home when you need to.

Our self evaluating system helps the customer experience to be very accurate and informed along the way! Please feel free to adjust your category at any time! You can do so by mentioning "I am ready for Group A!" Or "Things have changed, and I need to move to Group 3." We want to meet you where you are!
