Alger Heights Neighborhood Spotlight!

Casey and Jay spent the morning filming the Alger Heights Neighborhood in order to highlight local businesses, parks, and housing. We started off filming downtown Alger and proceeded to enjoy breakfast at Real Food Cafe. After breakfast we headed to film some of the homes in the area. Finally we ended the morning at Mackay Jaycees Park. Alger is a smaller community on the southeast side of Grand Rapids and a gorgeous place at that. On the main stretch there is what seems like one of everything: a hardware store, a breakfast place, a bank, a brewing company, and the list goes on.  Alger is a great neighborhood popular with first time home buyers and those looking for a community feel in the city.
